Responsibilities
- Prepare general M&A and IP contracts (buy side and sell side)
- Conduct legal due diligence on target companies
- Negotiate terms for transaction deals
- Ensure compliance with SEC regulations and reporting requirements
Requirements
- International law degree
- Several years experience in similar position in international firm or major law firm
- Strong M&A experience
- Fluent English
